After hearing so much about the brown bag BBQ I had to try it.This very funky little hole in the wall has very good baby back ribs cooked to perfection, and the chicken was pretty good too.But the side dishes were lacking. The onion rings were soggy and tasted like the oil in the fryer wasn't changed in quite awhile. the beans were tasteless and boring and the coleslaw looked like it was put through a food processor until all that was left was cabbage water.The wait for my food was 25 minutes and I was told that it's best to call ahead and this is a smart thing to do because there's nothing to do while you wait. It's too smoky to wait inside (although the smell is great) and the only thing close by is a little mini-market that reeks of floor cleaner.I love little family owned places and will search them out wherever I go and will look past the sanitation problems this place has (the health dept.would have a field day) and might go back, but only order the ribs ala carte.
