Brooklyn Fresh Beancurd

Just want to mention, before I forget details, the wonderful little beancurd shop/factory we found last week in Brooklyn Chinatown. I think it is called Taste Good Soy Shop, and it is located on the east side of 8th Ave. between, I believe, 51st and 52nd sts.

Freshly made squares of pillowy bean curd, also fried and frozen beancurd, soy milk, good quality bean sprouts and noodles, including those rolled flat rice noodle with dried shrimp and scallion layered in.

A definite yes stop in the neighborhood, rock bottom prices. And so near the dumpling shop, 48th just east of 8th, top quality fried and boiled dumplings at, again, rock bottom prices.
