I'd like to order quite a bit of baklava, and would love your recommendations. My baklava ideal is not too sweet, not too syrupy, even a teensy bit salty, and absolutely crisp and fresh. Rose water present but in moderation. Shredded phyllo or phyllo sheets are fine.
