Brooklyn Bagel...

...I used to love this place - went every Saturday and Sunday. In fact, I still go, but... I've noticed recently that they are sometimes precooking their eggs for their egg sandwiches and placing them on the side of the grill. Other than the unmentionable, I think this makes for a chewy and less fresh bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.

Anyone else notice this? And more to a solution, how would one begin to help them understand that this is not acceptable? The guys behind the counter are fast and good, but the owner is kind of...well...let's just say he reminds me of a certain Seinfeld character. I can only imagine how that conversation might go...
