Broguiere's Chocolate Milk - Mystery Ingredients?

So I got to wondering why the chocolate never separates to the bottom of the milk like it would if I made chocolate milk with syrup. Something must keep the chocolate suspended in the liquid, but what?
And what's in the chocolate flavoring? Corn syrup? Cane sugar? Here's the weird part: no ingredients listed anywhere on the bottle. Aren't ingredients required by law to appear on the packaging?
