Broccoli & Ham Frittata --need advice

x3LaLa | Dec 17, 201301:20 PM     5

Hi All, I'm making a frittata for my work and I need help figuring out food safety issues. I plan on baking it in the morning at 5am and will not be serving it until 10am. I'll probably get in to work around 6am- 6:30am and was just going to keep it in an insulated bag. Would this be alright? I'm trying to avoid having to refrigerate it because we only have a microwave to heat it up. What would be the best for this situation? I don't want to get people sick. Thanks in advance!
