Bristol Lounge

I probably posted almost the exact same thing last year cuz the Bristol has become our annual way to make up for our lack of a work holiday party (which made sense at first when the $$ situation was tight but it's better now and our boss has simply turned into Scrooge). I didn't ask for a table by the window this time and sure enough, we got one with the couch/chair set up. Such an awesome room. They had a few specials, including their regular Sun. dinner of fried chicken for $23, but we went with regular menu items: lobster ravioli, potato crusted cod and veal chop ($23-30) along with champagne cocktails and fancy martinis. Appetizer was their awesome bread basket and a couple people got the apple/ cranberry cobbler w/ ice cream for dessert. We had a very nice waiter who we were very nice to back because he was getting abused by a casually dressed family with one kid going nuts, full of attitude ("Do you know how many times we've been here" with the hand waving back and forth). Definitely a great place to go for a relaxing dinner when you want to feel special.
