Where can I get a whole brisket (or just a point cut) relatively cheaply in the Boston area? I'm in Arlington, specifically. I read online that it should be relatively inexpensive, but at McKinnon's in Davis Square, the only place I've found a whole brisket, it was $6/lb, which I think is pretty high. I know Costco has flat cuts, which I am less interested in, but I asked and they do not have point cuts and can't order them. I recently did a whole brisket sous vide while visiting family in Toronto, which was fantastic, and I got the meat from a local meat distributor for about $4/lb US. Any sources around here?
