Brisket was never a staple in our house. A couple of years ago I decided to buy one. I prepared it per the instructions on the package using the provided seasoning packet. It was AMAZING! Now that I'm familiar with it I would like to do something different with it. Any suggestions? How do you prepare brisket? Or should I just stick with what works? :)
