Anyone else have one of these and have any success stories using it? My Smoked Chicken and Smoked London Broil were both excellent and my Mesquite Grilled Prime Spencer Steaks were superb. I know the BBQ experts seem to trivialize these smokers but I could not be more satisfied. I have not used any marinade, just dry rubs on the bird and London Broil and a flavored water in the water pan. They sell for $109.00 at BBQ Galore. For the ininitiated, they grill with gas or charcoal and smoke with gas or charcoal and if you have a large enough pot will do a New England Clam Bake or a Deep Fried Turkey. What a deal. Any other Brinkman fans?
