Brining Ground Bison?

I know bison is very lean, so ground bison would have a tendency to dry out, particularly if cooked past medium rare (which is often necessary for safety reasons).

I was thinking brining might help keep moisture in, but I haven't seen any recipes re brining ground meat. Anyone tried it?
