(Review of Brickhouse Pizza's Chelmsford Center location)
Brickhouse pizza bakes it's own homemade pita daily, clearly one of the highlights here. It's thicker than normal pita and a bit crustier. Each pita sandwich is about 10" in diameter and they stuff them, so they are enormous. I had the grilled chix bomb and my wife had a chix cutlet with veggies. Both of us were blown away by the quality of the ingredients (props for hot banana pepper rings!). Apparently they bake their own turkeys and chix daily, bread their own veal cutlets, make their own meatballs and chix salad every day.
They also have a sports pub connected to their shop complete with numerous HD TV's and a big bar area.
Here is a recent article on their original location:
One side note, Center Grill in Chelmsford makes a significantly better chicken cutlet IMO (It's homemade) and their homemade meatballs are also worthy of praise.
