Brick Farm Tavern, Hopewell

After some delays, construction of Brick Farm Tavern (the restaurant from the same owners of Brick Farm Market and Double Brook Farm) looks to be gaining momentum.

It's located on 518 at Hopewell Amwell Road just outside of town. Renovation of the historic brick farmhouse is now active as well as site work to convert the property to commercial use. They also have secured one of the few liquor licenses in town.

We heard over the weekend who the chef may be and we expect local hounds to be pleasantly surprised!
