I'll be in Chicago in early June and looking for a brewery/brewpub/Gastropub (a term I admittedly hate) with great food and great beer. Foodwise, when I've been to Chicago in the past, I've eaten at G&TG, Purple Pig, Frontera, Publican, etc., so would definitely like a place where the food does not play complete second fiddle to the beer.
It looks like Revolution Brewing may be the ticket, but it's a bit of a haul. Looks like a 20-minute Uber ride from my hotel, which is around Wacker/Michigan. I really like to be able to walk when I can, even if it's a longish walk.
Generally, any recommendations of where I can get food and excellent beer, particularly local/regional beers, would be most welcome.
