Breakfast at Frisco's

Like-Go-Eat? | Jan 31, 200612:31 AM

Seven of us went to Frisco’s Dinner in Industry for Breakfast on Sunday Morning. I first heard of this place following the advice of Chino Wayne. This was my second time at Frisco’s this week and everything was even better than the first visit. My group is a very demanding group when they are hungry and never before have of us all been happy at the same time with the both the food and service anyplace – Frisco’s is the first exception. All of the food was hot and the service was attentive. My wife and two others in the group had omelettes w/ hash browns & toast. The toast came right before breakfast. The omelettes were all moist and full of cheese. The Hash browns were thick, moist and perfectly golden brown. I followed CW’s advice and got the pancakes, eggs & bacon. The pancakes were some of the better ones I have had and the eggs were cooked as I ordered them. One of my sons had the breakfast burrito w/ ham, bacon, sausage, hash browns, three eggs, cheese and salsa. It was very large but he ate it all and said he would order it again but wants to try other things as well. My other son had what I ordered the first time I went – cheese burger and onion rings. A very tasty char burger w/ plenty of cheese and the onion rings were perfect (big thick slices of onion, a golden fried batter and no grease). He got the large order and passed that big basket of rings around the table so we could all try them. Everyone thought they were perfect. My daughter-in-law ordered the breakfast that we all were eye-balling – Pork Chops & eggs. The two big chops were perfectly char broiled with that diamond char on the surface that had just a little crispy texture but the inside was still moist and flavorful. Four of us will order that next time because it looked soooo goood. On-the-other-hand, Frisco’s also has two steak & eggs breakfast (Top sirloin or Ribeye). I have been thinking about what that ribeye might look like char broiled with my eggs sunny-side-up sitting right on top. I will find out soon because as we left my oldest boy said he will call this week about going back again. This is a must try. My Thanks CW.
