I have been to Bouchon 5 times, after reading bolgs about breakfast there I tried the Corned Beef Hash (had better at Nichols in Marina Del Rey, CA), it was below average. I went to Bouchon the 1st time just after it opened and had the roast chicken and chocolate mousse, and the whole experience was fantastic. Since then on each subsequent visit I felt they were going downhill. My wife felt her eggs were dry, but the pastries were wonderful. I have not given up yet, since I love the ambiance. We are going to Picasso tonight, I'll report back..
