Thank you all for your breakfast bar suggestions. After tasting a selection, I've chosen Kashi Go Lean Crunchy. Great flavor, big bar, keeps me full all morning. It has just as much sugar as others (13 g) but much more fiber (5g) and Protein (9g). The regular Go Lean bars had too many calories (290 vs. 120-170 for other bars) to even try. Thank you.
