Hello All!

I will be in Montreal soon and need recommendations for restaurants that serve well-prepared reasonably-priced breakfasts. I'm not interested in anything greasy, just something like french bread, eggs, good cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt... A place within walking distance of my hotel would be great.

My hotel is the Chateau de l'Argoat near the Sherbrooke subway stop. Although it serves a small continental breakfast which consists of various breads and coffee, I need more than carbos to begin the day.

Has anyone here stayed at the Chateau de l'Argoat? What do you know about it and the surrounding area?

I'm looking forward to your recommendations!
