breadcrumb question!

tomorrow i want to make a swedish meatball recipe that calls for breadcrumbs...

the problem is the person i am cooking for cannot eat wheat flour or buckwheat products.

is there something i can use as a replacement for breadcrumbs? oats? something else that won't mess up the texture?

help!
