Bread Pudding question

Hi there!
I am considering making a bread pudding today, and have found a recipe that works for me and I have everything to make it except: it is using white chocolate chips. I don't have those, but I do have a big bar of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Peppermint Bark. In your opinions, would that work? or would the peppermint be weird in a bread pudding?
