New bread in JAS Mart - B'way and 110

For those who love a good fluffy bread, get over to the JAS Mart on B'Way and 110th street on the UWS. They now have "English Bread" and this other kind that starts with a B from a new bakery call ST. Honore. The English Bread is very tall, with a thin but chewy crust and a very soft and flavorful bread that's perfect for jam and butter. The other kind they had cut up in chunks for sampling. Also quite fluffy but has a rich almost cheesy taste.

By the way, it's not wonderbread-flimsy fluffy, but much longer strands, gluton-y, and substantial. This is the kind of bread that I can't get anywhere else but in a Japanese market. Previous favorite brand was "Paris Bakery" that Sam Bok carries. Chinese bakeries make something similar, but usually not as good.
