What to do with bread dough that won't rise?

I was attempting to make a sandwich bread but was out of good yeast and had to use one of those packets. It was expired but I took the chance. I'm pretty sure there are only a few little beasties still alive. The dough rose about 10%. Nothing more is happening and it's been about 18 hours or so. I hate to just throw the dough away. Any ideas what I can do with it?

The ingredients are:
2 1/2 c AP flour
1/2 c ground oats
2 TBS ground flax seed
1/4 c milk
3/4 c water
2 tsp kosher salt
1 TBS white sugar
1 TBS butter

Only thing I can think of is trying my hand at some kind of flat bread. Help!!
