last night's dinner produced leftover bread crumbs -- maybe about 1/8 - 1/4 cup. they are already toasted and mixed with olive oil and thyme (fresh). i am looking for suggestions as to what to do with them. thanks!
(btw, the bread crumbs were a byproduct of the brussels sprouts recipe from the "thanksgiving side dishes from famous chefs" article published in the ny times earlier this year. these brussels sprouts were sauteed with pancetta and shallots, glazed with balsamic, then tossed with the bread crumbs and boy were they the best ever! quite literally the best i've ever had.)
