bread

I made a loaf of bread in my food processor according to a receipe I got from one of the chow hounds and it was great. So I'm stepping it up a bit and am trying one out of a bread baking cookbook, without the processor, that calls for semolina flour. Well, I couldn't find the pure seminola flour, but I did buy a semolina flour mix that includes some Kamut flour. It says it's for pasta. Do you think it will be okay? I don't have time, for this batch, to try to find the real stuff-I have to have bread to bring on Sunday to a function. Should I do it or switch to appetizers?
