I am currently planning to go to Brazzaz for my birthday lunch. I have been to Fogo before and am not a big fan of this type of cooking of meat- I think it's often a bit dry and salty. However I love the sides and the salad bar. I no longer want to eat the meat, but am drawn to Brazzaz because of their lobster tail (which you have to order a la carte). I have chosen lunch because it is cheaper, but has anyone been there for lunch/dinner? Is there a big difference in the offerings of the salad bar, and if so which is the better meal?
