My grill is under at least 6 feet of snow, I expect to next see it around May. I am planning to have brats as part of my Superbowl spread so what do you think? Braise in beer and onions and use my grill pan on the stovetop to crisp up? (OK I know Wisconsiners would sneer at 6 feet of snow on their grills but I am not of the tribe, or the Pack, as the case may be.)
