Great sausages!!! Had the buffalo/Burgundy sausage with a little spicy mutard. The Chef owner was there who gave us a couple samples of his red cabbage and grilled onions. What is great is the quality and the simplicity. Just a good roll and meat. Oh, my friend had the traditional veal brat which was tender, juicy and lean. The only thing missing was a nice cold pint of brew. Check it out.
