We got stuck at CDG for several hours after missing our connection to Nice and stumbled upon the airport branch of Brasserie Flo. The saumon fume was delicious, the steak tartare one of the best I've had--raw beef, raw egg, chopped shallots, parsley, and condiments that you get to mix yourself. My traveling companion had the duck confit, which he enjoyed. All in all, a pleasant (and expensive) way to kill a couple of hours between flights. I will remember this meal when I wander through the concourse of an American airport and have to choose between Popeye Fried Chicken and McDonalds.
