Aka my mom :) I shouldn't say inexperienced. More like, someone with some bad experience who is also lacking confidence ( my mom chops veggies with an extra dull steak knife- I don't know where I get my love of cooking). She just bought a Dutch oven for the first time and I would like to put together a homemade recipe "book" with easy recipes that can't fail. I will probably pull some recipes from Molly Stevens but would love to hear about more. Of course, braising is naturally forgiving but I'm interested in recipes that don't *sound* intimidating and don't require many ingredients.
