Hi gang, I need a bit of a gut check here. I have some amazing pork stock that I made a few weeks ago that I'd like to use up. I'm going to toss some short ribs into my slow cooker but I don't have any beef stock. I figure pork stock should be just fine, yeah? Here's what I'm thinking will go in there:
uncut short ribs
a chipotle in its adobo sauce (from the can)
That should be just fine and dandy right?
