Braised beef brisket and tendons too.

Toronto cant't be beat for Cantonese cuisine. So good that I once would cannonball a whole trunk full of rice white sugar sponge cakes, baked pork buns, and frozen braised beef tendons back to Montreal . My search for a place that might make me good brisket or stewed tendon is based on the fact that my old standby, the City Village(restaurant in the market village mall) is no longer a choice. What's new?
