Braciole with very few ings

In my freezer is a pack of three small, pre-stuffed (I think) beef braciole(s) I got weeks ago on special at my local (chain) supermarket. I want to prepare them in some way, but I don't have, and due to living alone without great income (much less great cooking skill), can't readily obtain ingredients to do so other than sauce (two 24oz cans), oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and pasta. What's left of my family (likewise lacking said skill) aren't going to be much help, and I can't just let the meat sit in the freezer forever. It's not like I can't understand recipes, I'd just like to get this out of the way, and of course eaten by someone if not me.
All help is appreciated.
