Boyajian Baker's Box flavorings...what to do w/ my impulse buy?

During my Le Creuset reconnaissance mission, I stumbled upon another outlet store called Le Gourmet Chef. Fun place to peruse. Was seduced by their small baking section w/ pretty sprinkles and molds. On a whim, I picked up a Baker's Box made by Boyajian (see link and photo below)...essentially a sampling of 4 different liquid flavorings (1 oz. each): ALMOND extract, RUM flavor, PEPPERMINT flavor, and ANISE flavor. A $10 impulse buy...

Aside from the extract, I have no idea how these flavorings were created or if they've been linked to some horrible disease, but well, a tiny bit goes a long way. So, if you had this collection of potent potables, what alchemic creations would you mix up in your kitchen lab? Ice cream is the obvious, but any less obvious uses? The peppermint bottle says to use 1/4 tsp. per cup of ingredients, but the others offer no instructions. Is that a good general ratio? Thanks for your ideas/recipes. I want to use my small stash wisely.
