Boxed Suppers for 17 Harpists - revision

I posted a request for supper ideas for 14 visiting harpists + others before a concert. CHs came through with terrific ideas & I thought I was ready to go. As time grew closer, the performer list grew, the logistics of different arrival times, wardrobe changes and rehearsal became much too complicated to make this feasible.

Plan B: I volunteered to deliver boxed suppers at the concert venue and that was gladly accepted.

The logistics were daunting since I did not have room to store 20 boxed suppers because the home refrigerator was full of food for the harpists staying here at the house. Worked all this out with a split-second delivery schedule, so only the menu remained.

Taking into consideration the dietary restrictions of a mostly female group, here is what I served:

Shrimp Salad on Crusty Rolls
Sun-Dried Tomato-Cheddar Cheese Spread Sandwich on Twelve Grain Bread
Grilled Vegetable-Orzo Salad w/ Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies Meringue Kisses
Fresh Strawderries
Assorted Bottled Waters (saved the wine for later!)

Thanks to all who posted menu suggestions. I used your ideas and came up with a winner. The harpists said no one had ever made a meal for them before and they were thrilled and very grateful. It was a terrific evening and I thank all of you for your help.
