I want to make a red velvet brownie with a cream cheese swirl. The thing is I'm not good at baking so I am looking to use a red velvet cake mix to make brownies. I want a nice, thick and dense brownie that isn't cakey. I don't want fluffy and light, I want the texture of a perfect brownie.
Also, how would I make the cream cheese swirl?
