hey everyone-

just tried this place last night and enjoyed it well enough (pad thai shrimp, yum yum), but i am also not so experienced with Thai food! i liked as much if not more than some place i tried in Manhattan on the UWS. so anyway, i guess with my lack of Thai food experience i was just curious to see what people think about it, or if they can recommend a Thai place in the area that they think is better.
say what you will about it, but the prices were great which had a lot to do with why we chose to eat there in the first place. sitting there to eat, we realized very quickly by the heavy traffic that they seem to do much more take-out business than sit-down business.
p.s. is it wrong that i was a little bummed to see chocolate mousse as a dessert choice in a Thai restaurant? is there some Thai chocolate mousse that i don't know about? :)

also, my friend and i peered into some japanese place on Court called Osaka. any opinions on this place? is the sushi good? price was a motivating factor in NOT going here ;-). . .seemed like it'd be a little too much for my very tight budget.
