bouillon racine, au fil de saisson

I have been a silent lurker on the french board for a while,planning our meals for our 4 day trip to paris.I don't think i can add anymore than what people have contributed to this board previously.i just want to thank everybody for their valuable input/advice etc.
bouilon racine,we had eaten the last time-good food,not exceptional,green pea/asparagus soup delicious,,waiter sneezed couple of times into his hands----not so good!!!
au fil de saisson--every bit as good as what has been said on this board and elsewhere--they went out of their way to accommodate us,even tho, we had noreservation on a busy sat night-stupid us.
starters--cheese ravioli and tomato/eggplant starter---fantastic.
main--cod on vegetables and risotto,
steak-every bite perfect.
they bring the menu board to you[which is in french] and actually take the trouble to explain it to u.
will go there again in our short trip.
