While perusing the isles at Whole Foods, I came along Bob's Red Mill Soy Grits, so intrigued, I purchased them. I've done some internet searching, but the only recipes I've seem to come across are ones with garlic and cheese and some with onions. Nothing that sounds all that exciting. Even Bob's Red Mill's website had very few recipes for the soy grits. I tried last night to make a sweet cereal type of creation with vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener. It had a slightly funny taste, and I don't know if it was from the vanilla (not going right with the flavor of grits) or the actual grits. I'm going to try it again without the vanilla to be sure.
I'm curious for other great grits recipes. I know that some people hate them, but I just know there have to be some recipes beyond what I've seen.
TIA, and I'm looking foward to all the responses,
