I bought Nanuk cold smoked salmon (a month ago) and froze it immediately upon coming home. Thawed it in the fridge and ate it. Back in the freezer. Thawed in fridge again and ate once more. Back in the freezer.
Thawed in the fridge this morning and ate it. Now I'm worried.
That was about 8 hours ago and I feel fine - I have eaten another meal since. The salmon looked and smelled normal.
Now I'm worried about the possibility of getting Listeria or Botulism in the future.
Should I be? I'm a 24 year old white male if that helps.
