Bought this in 1997 and I need help identifying it!

I worked in a dr's office in 1997 in Ocala, FL and for the Christmas party there was this cookware decor that had different pieces that all the ladies wanted from their secret Santa. I was able to buy this piece at a local store. Ocala is a small town so that alone may help identify it. I cannot find any name on it but I feel like maybe it was a sticker or something and I took it off. HELP...it's making me crazy.

It is a round ceramic baking dish with a ceramic top to match. The blue and white designs around the cover and top of bowl I can't make out what they are. There is a heart with a blue and white gingham type pattern on the front. The bowl is in a wrought iron(I believe) holder with a big heart on the front so the dish heart can be seen through it and it has a smaller heart on each side. This 3 heart design is on the front and back part of the holder so it can be turned either way. Then there seems to be S designs around the rest of it.
