Boudin noir in Paris

After reading Jeffrey Steingarten's piece, It Takes a Village to Kill a Pig (in his latest book), I developed an intense craving for boudin noir. Does anybody know where to eat the best boudin noir in Paris? Or if not the best, at least some really amazing stuff?
And any advice on which brands of boudin noir to pack into my suitcases and where to buy it?
