Things have changed in this hometown of mine... I can't seem to find what I am looking for anymore. Seems like bouding noir/ blood sausage is hard to find. I am not talking about the generic Bilopage boudin from the supermarket, but the artisan/hand made sausages from specialty food shops. Any idea where to find it?
Any idea where the boudin noir from Au Cafe du Clocher Penche is from? I seem to remember that it is from somewhere around Montreal.
