Bouchon (BH) What Goes Into that Tartine?!?

The other day I had a really wonderful open-faced sandwich at Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Beverly Hills which was presented under the name of Tartine of Curried Chicken, or something like it. I recall it was presented on a slice of grilled country bread and was topped by what I assumed were pickled (or confit?) of red onions. The only other clue were that there was chicken (obviously), curry, and the most finely chopped chives I have ever seen. This sounds like a yawn, but it was really, really terrific. Checked the Web without sucess. Any ideas, hits or hints? McLaw
