Bouchon Bakery, Yountville CA report w/ pics

We were rushing to our reservation at Ad Hoc, but we still had 15 minutes so we stopped here. We parked the car in the lot close to Bouchon Bakery and quickly walked in. It's only 2.5 blocks away from Ad Hoc.

I've read some reviews so knew what I wanted, lots of sweets:

TKO-Thomas Keller's Oreo. It's yummy. 2 chocolate thin buttery cookies with a white cream filling sandwiched in between. Delicious.

Chocolate Bouchon-the signature dessert. It's like a tiny cake that's really moist and full of mini chocolate chips. Good.

Chocolate chip cookies-huge, not what I expected but I'm very picky on my chocolate chip cookie. I like nuts in mine, and it's not in this cookie. Not enough chocolate chip and just kinda boring to eat.

Macarons-the French cookie w/ varies fillings. $3 each. I got chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, and caramel. My favorites were the caramel and vanilla.

They take credit cards, my damage was $16.75. They have hot and cold drinks, soup, and breads available too.
