Does Bottega Del Rame - Mazzetti - make a traditional Sauté Pan?

Neo1 | Jan 14, 201908:03 PM     80

The title pretty much describes the question, but I have few others.

First, if anyone is familiar with Mazzetti, do they make traditional saute? I perused the site and could not find anything defined as such. I did note the frying pans seem rather deep and high-sided rather than gradually sloped like a Mauviel. Could one function as a pseudo-saute?

Second, is the only difference between the *lidded* frying pan described as “high thickness,” the thickness of the copper? It appears that it may be, but strangely, Mazzetti provides the depth of that pan but not the other fry pans. I guess what I am asking is, is that pan dimensionally identical to its corresponding thinner brother save the thickness of the metal, of course?

Third, are the two-handled frying pans dimensionally identical to their one-handled siblings?

Fourth, does anyone know the general turnaround time once an order is placed (shipping to the States)?

Obviously I can contact Mazzetti regarding the above, but I wanted to do some pre-research prior to that. Thank anyone in advance.
