bottarga questions -- and *canned* salted anchovies

I want to try this stuff.

(1) I'll need to mail-order it. Esperya? or other sources?
(2) Should I go for the grey mullet roe or tuna roe? What's the diff? (Tuna is more expensive, I know that)
(3) How long will it keep once I open the package and start carving from the brick?
(4) With pasta, definately. Other ideas?

I'm also looking for a mail-order source for those big blue and red cans of salted anchovies. Esperya only has small jars. Suggestions?
