A Bostonian in Seattle...

NickCambridge | Aug 22, 200506:23 PM     8

Unfortunately, it's not me but my partner...since i'm the foodie here, I offered to start the hunt.

He will be staying at the edgewater hotel, and we both know nothing about the area. Is it even near your downtown? Any ideas about what would be around there, or if not, a few great places somewhat close would be great. Something new american, moderately swanky, and having a great cocktail and interesting wine list. If any of you have been to boston, it'd be like the franklin cafe, union, chez henri, troquet, sonsie, etc.

His company was just eaten by Microsoft, so this may become more of a habit...

I'll be happy to return the favor if any of you come to Boston!
