I'm in charge of planning a graduation dinner in Boston for my brother later this month. It's going to be on a Saturday night and we're five people. I'm looking for a great restaurant with excellent food, but something that isn't too stuffy. We have a reservation for Locke-Ober Cafe, but now I'm thinking that we might find something equally good but more laid-back. Maybe with a focus on seafood.
If anyone is familiar with NYC restaurants, I'm looking for something like Babbo as opposed to Le Barnardin or Daniel. Top-notch food, but on the fun and comfortable side. No problem if it's expensive.
I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks!
