Hi N.E. Board,
I'm doing some research for an article on chefs who have left Boston to open restaurants in more remote parts of New England, in the last couple of years.
Anyone out there know of any such chefs? Preferably in the Connecticut valley--Southern VT, Western Mass, Connecticut. The names of Paul Hathaway and Kevin Cleary, for example, have come up in my research, but any additional info (what restaurant? what town?) would be a big help.
(Sorry to post such a "foodie"-esque question on this board; I'm hotly pursuing the info and couldn't find a source with more knowledge within easy access.)
