Boo Koo in downtown Mill Valley, billed as Asian street food, used to be called Charlie Hong Kong. I had their Thai Beef Salad for lunch yesterday. The salad part was quite good, with fresh greens of many varieties, plus some things that provided a "crunch", and a tasty dressing (not particularly "Thai"). But the beef was terrible, two ounces (guessing) of overcooked, dry, tasteless, and tough beef. What were they thinking?
